At Coddle, we want you to feel completely at home with your purchase. If your new comfort piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return window to ensure your space is exactly how you imagined it.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your item and place it back in its original packaging along with all hardware and documentation to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
